Turnkey Prototyping
Low volume Hands-on Prototyping & SMT Rework:
We use hot-air & precision manual soldering tools, have stereo microscope inspection. Have modern
digital multi-channel oscilloscope (5GS/s), bench DVMs, and bench power supplies. We also have some
electro & mechanical model fabrication capabilities.
Embedded Systems Development:
Development and Debug Tools/Hardware Emulators for 8051 variants, ARM, TI MSP430 family, Analog
Devices Floating point SHARC DSPs and Fixed point multi-core Blackfin MPU/DSP devices.
Xilinx ISE & Vivado CPLD, FPGA & SoC platforms. Experience with very high volume
Winbond Power Speech sound processor experience for consumer products (toy/games).
Mechanical CAD Design & representation:
